CHAPTER 216

An Act to amend and reenact § 54-398.12, as amended, of the Code of
Virginia, relating to compensation and expenses of members of
Virginia State Board of Opticians.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 54-398.12, as amended, of the Code of Virginia be amended
and reenacted as follows:

§ 54-398.12. Compensation of Board members.—The members of the
Board shall receive no salary for their services, but shall be paid a per
diem of * twenty-five dollars for each day necessarily spent in the per-
formance of their duties and shall be reimbursed for actual necessary
expenses incurred in the discharge of such duties.
