Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 54-112.9 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted
as follows:

§ 54-112.9. Compensation and expenses of members.—The members
of the Commission shall receive * twenty-five dollars per day and shall be
paid for their expenses incurred in performance of their duties.
