CHAPTER 213

An Act to amend and reenact § 54-741, as amended, of the Code of
Virginia, relating to compensation and expenses of members of the
Virginia Real Estate Commission.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 54-741, as amended, of the Code of Virginia be amended and
reenacted as follows:

§ 54-741. Compensation and expenses of members.—Fach memher
of the Commission shall receive as full compensation for each day actually
snent on the work of the Commission the sum of * twenty-five dollars per
day and his actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of
duties pertaining to his office.
