An Act to amend and reenact § 58-42 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to separation of certain criminals.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
Har That § 53-42 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:

§ 53-42. * Youthful convicts shall be kept separate * from old and
hardened criminals in sleeping quarters, as far as possible.
