An Act to amend and reenact § 10-5, as amended, of the Code of Virginia,
relating to meetings of the Board of Conservation and Economic

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 10-5, as amended, of the Code of Virginia be amended and
reenacted as follows:

§ 10-5. Meetings; quorum.—The Board shall meet at least once in
every sixty days, and on the call of the chairman, when in his opinion
additional meetings are expedient or necessary. * Seven members shall
constitute a quorum of the Board for all purposes.
