CHAPTER 101

An Act to authorize the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries to
exchange certain land with the approval of the Governor in the
counties of Greene and Madison for land owned by the United States
for certain purposes.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries is hereby
authorized, with the approval of the Governor, to exchange lands which
it owns in the counties of Greene and Madison with the National Park
Service of the United States government, for the purpose of acquiring
an additional portion of the Rapidan River in order to establish a trout
fishing area and to permit the adjustment of certain boundaries of its
property located therein. Such deeds as may be requisite shall be approved
by the Attorney General.
