CHAPTER 682

An Act to provide for the disposition of proceeds from the sale of certain
property by the Board of Visitors of the College of William and Mary.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. In addition to the provisions of Chapter 259 of the Acts of
Assembly of 1960, approved March 11, 1960, and Chapter 6 of the Acts
of Assembly of 1964, approved February 7, 1964, the net proceeds from
the sale of the property described therein may be expended, subject to
the approval of the Governor, by the Board of Visitors of the College of
William and Mary in Virginia for the construction and equipment of a
new men’s physical education building for the College in Williamsburg.
z. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
