An Act to create a Commission to study and report on the boundary line
between Loudoun County, Virginia, and Jefferson County, West Vir-
ginia; and to appropriate funds for the use of the Commission.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. §1. There is hereby created a Commission to study and make a
report on the true and correct boundary between Loudoun County, Virginia
and Jefferson County, West Virginia. All agencies of the State shall assist
the Commission and the Commission shall cooperate with any Commission
established for a like purpose by the State of West Virginia. The Commis-
sion shall complete its study and make its report to the Governor and Gen-
eral Assembly not later than October one, nineteen hundred sixty-seven.
§ 2. The Commission shall consist of two members who shall be
appointed by the Governor from the State at large. The members of the
Commission shall receive no compensation, but shall be reimbursed for
their actual and necessary expenses while engaged in the business of the
Commission.
