CHAPTER 674

An Act to amend and reenact § 14.1-158 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to compensation of clerks of certain courts of limited jurisdiction.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 14.1-153 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted
as follows:
§ 14.1-153. Any clerk of a court the jurisdiction of which is limited
to cases wherein the Commonwealth is a party as set forth in § 17-163
shall receive from the Commonwealth an annual salary of * ten thousand
ollars.
