CHAPTER 647

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
28-159.1, 80 as to authorize the Board of Visitors of the Virginia
School for the Deaf and Blind to receive certain gifts and grants.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
28-159.1, as follows:

§ 23-159.1. The board of visitors is authorized to receive any gifts,
grants or bequests of any money, personal or real property from any source,
State, federal or private, for the purpose of providing for the health, educa-
tion, welfare and comfort of the students of the school.
