CHAPTER 591

An Act to authorize United States Commissioners to revoke operators’
and chauffeurs’ licenses under certain conditions. [H 877}

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. When any person shall be found guilty of a violation of any
traffic regulation by a United States Commissioner, which violation oc-
curred on a federal reservation, and, for which, if such violation had oc-
curred on the highways of this State, revocation of such person’s opera-
tor’s or chauffeur’s license would be mandatory or discretionary with a
court of record or not of record, such Commissioner is authorized to re-
voke such operator’s or chauffeur’s license, provided the same is forwarded
to the Commissioner of the Division of Motor Vehicles as is provided by
law as to courts of this State.
