An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
46.1-284.1, authorizing the State Highway Commissioner to post signs

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding thereto a section
numbered 46.1-234.1, as follows:

§ 46.1-234.1. Pedestrians shall not loiter on any bridge on which the
State Highway Commissioner has posted signs prohibiting such action. Any
person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a mis-
demeanor and, upon conviction, be punished accordingly.
