CHAPTER 447

An Act to amend and reenact § $8.1-205 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to the investment of funds of certain insurance companies in share
accounts of savings and loan associations. [A 748]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. ; fa § 88.1-205 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted
as follows:

§ 38.1-205. Any such insurer may invest its funds in share accounts
of savings and loan associations * insured by the Federal Savings and
Loan Insurance Corporation, or in time deposits or certificates of deposit
of banks insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
