CHAPTER 429

An Act to authorize the governing bodies of certain counties to adopt
ordinances regulating the tracking of mud and debris upon thetr
highways.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. §1. The governing body of any county whose roads are not a part
of the State secondary highway system may, by ordinance, regulate the
tracking - mud and debris upon the highways owned and maintained by
such county.
