An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
58-99.1 to designate the Southampton Penitentiary Farm at Capron
as “Southampton Correctional Farm at Capron”.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
53-99.1 as follows:

§ 53-99.1. The institution and facilities heretofore established pur-
suant to the provisions of this chapter, generally known and referred to
as “Southampton Penitentiary Farm at Capron’ is hereby named and
designated and hereafter shall be known and referred to as, “Southampton
Correctional Farm at Capron’’. , ,
