An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
§-24.2, so as to permit the governing bodies of counties to contribute
to the construction of certain airports. rH 697)

§-24.2, as follows:

§ 5-24.2. The governing body of any county is authorized to make
appropriations of public funds to contribute to the initial construction of
an airport by a city or town adjoining such county or by a city or town
within a county adjoining such county.
