CHAPTER 401

An Act to repeal § 55-96.1 of the Code of Virginia, relating to contracts
and certain other instruments conveying property used in the business
of contraetors, loggers and sawmillers.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 55-96.1 of the Code of Virginia i is repealed.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
