CHAPTER 316
An Act to authorize the county of Rockbridge to expend certain funds
and acquire certain property; and to dispose of such property under
certain conditions. CH 804]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. §1. The county of Rockbridge, from the surplus revenue received
under Chapter 208 of the Acts of Assembly of 1950, is authorized to use
a portion of such special revenues to purchase real estate suitable for
development as a fish pond. Following the acquisition of such property
by the county and after a determination by the Commission of Game and
Inland Fisheries that the property is suitable for development as a public
fish pond, the county is authorized to sell and convey such real estate
to the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries upon such terms and
conditions as the governing body in its sole discretion deems proper; pro-
vided that the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries undertakes to
develop, stock and maintain said property as a public fish pond.
