CHAPTER 284

An Act to amend and reenact § 54-260.82 of the Code of Virginia, re-
lating to the expiration and renewal of licenses of funeral directors
and embalmers and fee therefor.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 54-260.82 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted
as follows:

§ 54-260.82. Every license issued by the Board shall expire on the
thirty-first day of December in each year. Every holder of a license
desiring to continue the practice of the profession or business for which
such license was issued shall apply to the Board at least thirty days prior
to the expiration of such license for the renewal thereof. Such application
shall be made in the manner and form required by the rules, regulations
and by-laws of the Board and shall be accompanied by a renewal fee
of * fifteen dollars.
