An Act to amend and reenact § 14.1-103 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to certain fees to be charged by the Secretary of the Commonwealth.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1, ae § 14.1-103 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted
as follows:

§ 141-108. The Secretary of the Commonwealth shall charge for
services rendered in his office the following fees, to be paid by the person
for whom the service is rendered at the time it is done:

For a copy of any paper, if on one sheet.

For issuing a commission to a commissioner r sta
For issuing a commission to each notary and inspector appointed by

And for filing in his office any paper required by law to be filed, the same
fee as is allowed by law for recording similar papers. *
