CHAPTER 267

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding § 58-98.1, relating to
income taxation and personal exemptions allowed individuals report-
ing income for taxation. rH 893]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a new section
numbered 58-98.1, as follows:

§ 58-98.1. For taxable years of the taxpayer commencing on and
after January 1, 1968, each two hundred dollar exemption provided in
§ 58-98 shall be three hundred dollars.
