An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
63-167.1, authorizing the Commission for the Visually Handicapped
to receive certain gifts, grants, allotments, bequests and devises.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
63-167.1, as follows: . .

§ 68-167.1. The Commission is authorized to receive and accept from
the United States government, or any agency thereof, and from any other
source, private or public, any and all gifts, grants, allotments, be uestg
