Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That Chapter 16, as amended, of the Acts of Assembly of 1958, 4
proved February 7, 1958, be amended and reenacted as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the west line of Fifteenth Street
and the north line of Main Street, thence westerly to the east line of
Twelfth Street, thence northerly to the north line of Bank Street, thence
easterly to the west line of Governor Street, thence northerly to the west
line of Twelfth Street, thence northerly to the south line of Broad Street,
thence easterly to the west line of the right of way of the Richmond-Peters-
burg Turnpike Authority, thence southerly to the north line of Franklin
Street, thence easterly to the west line of Fifteenth Street, thence southerly
