An Act to amend and reenact § 17-127.5 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to regular terms of court for the second judicial circuit. rH 284]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 17-127.5 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted
as follows:
§ 17-127.5. The regular terms of the circuit court for the second
judicial circuit shall be as follows:
4 eimai County—Second Monday in January, Apri, July and
ctober.
5 Southampton County—Third Monday in January, Apri, July and
