CHAPTER 215

An Act to provide for the withdrawal of clerks of the county courts fron
the Virginia Supplemental Retirement System under certain circum
stances.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
included in membership of the Virginia Supplemental Retirement System
on and after July one, nineteen hundred sixty, may be excluded from
membership in the Virginia Supplemental Retirement System and may
be refunded his accumulated contributions credited in the members’ con-
tribution account upon his written application submitted prior to October
one, nineteen hundred sixty-six, provided that the county retirement
system certifies such clerk will be included in its membership.
