CHAPTER 136

An Act to repeal §§ 6-559 through 6-568 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to trust receipts.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That §§ 6-559 through 6-568 of the Code of Virginia are repealed.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
