CHAPTER 14

Act to repeal § 22-21.1 of the Code of Virginia, enacted by Chap 80
of the Acts of Assembly, Extra Session of 1959, relating to the use
of any existing building for the purpose of operating a private ele-
mentary or high school notwithstanding any other statute, city charter,
or ordinance.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

That § 22-21.1 of the Code of Virginia, enacted by Chapter 80, Acts
ssembly, Extra Session of 1959, is hereby repealed.
