CHAPTER 10

An Act to repeal §§ 58-19.1, 58-19.2, 58-19.8, 58-19.4 and 58-19.5 of the
Code of Virgina, enacted by Chapter 191 of the Acts of Assembly of
1960, relating to the authority of the governing bodies of counties,
cities and towns to grant tax credits to persons who have made con-
tributions to certain nonprofit, nonsectarian, private schools. .

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That §§ 58-19.1, 58-19.2, 58-19.3, 58-19.4 and 58-19.5 of the Code of
Virginia, enacted by Chapter 191 of the Acts of Assembly of 1960, are
hereby repealed.
