An Act to amend and reenact § 29-168 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to going on prohibited lands.

Re it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
bar That § 29-168 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as

ollows:

§ 29-168. Fox hunters, when the chase begins on other lands, may
follow their dogs on prohibited lands, and deer hunters, when the chase
begins on other lands, may go upon prohibited lands to retrieve their dogs,
but * may not carry firearms or bows and arrows on their persons or in
vehicles or hunt any game while thereon.
