CHAPTER 56

An Act to amend and reenact § 54-825, as amended, of the Code of Vir-
ginia, relating to reports of certain convictions and injunctions by
clerks of courts of record to the State Board of Medical Examiners.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 54-325, as amended, of the Code of Virginia, be amended and
reenacted, as follows:

§ 54-325. It shall be the duty of the clerk of * every court of record
wherein any conviction is had or any injunction awarded to report the
same to the Board, which may thereupon suspend or revoke any certificate
or license held by the person so convicted or enjoined. Every such report
shall be directed to the Secretary and Treasurer of the Board.

2. An emergency exists and this Act is in force from its passage.
