CHAPTER 550

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 17-
127.18, to fix terms for the circuit court of the City of Staunton.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
17-127.18, as follows: ;

§ 17-127.18. The regular terms of the circuit court of the city of
Staunton shall begin on the third Monday in January, April, July and Oc-
tober; provided that the senior judge of the circuit may provide for such
other terms as the business of the court may require.

2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
