An Act to permit the gigging of nongame fish in the New River in Grayson
County; to fix the season for same; to permit the governing body of
Grayson County to close such season. CH 491}

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. Nongame fish may be gigged in the New River in Grayson
County at any time from April one through November thirty in each year;
provided, however, that the governing body of Grayson County may, by
resolution, close such season.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
