An Act to amend and reenact § 15.1-125 of the Code of Virginia, relating

to the constitutionality of §8§ 15.1-115 to 15.1-124; and to which coun-
ties are excepted therefrom. rH 280)

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
ty That § 15.1-125 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as

ollows:

§ 15.1-125. * If any section, or part of section, of the ten preceding
sections (§§ 15.1-115 to 15.1-124) is hereafter held by any court of com-
petent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional, such decision shall in no wise
affect or render void the remainder of such ten preceding sections, provided
such sections shall not apply to the counties of Northampton, Caroline,
Essex, and King and Queen *.
