An Act to amend and reenact § 56-200 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to the enforcement of air carrier laws. 'S 292)

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
Pai That § 56-200 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:
§ 56-200. The enforcement of any provision of this chapter requiring

the use of police officers shall be under the Department of State Police
or under the Commission.
