CHAPTER 324

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
42-82.2, so as to authorize the Library Board and cities and coun-
ties to enter into contracts providing for the expenditure of federal
and matching funds.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
42-32.2 as follows:

§ 42-32.2. The Library Board and the cities and counties of the
Commonwealth are authorized to enter into agreements providing for
the supervision of the expenditure of federal funds allocated to such
cities and counties and matching funds provided by such political sub-
divisions. Such agreement shall set forth the standards and conditions
with respect to the expenditure of such funds.
