CHAPTER 298

An Act to amend and reenact § 37-15 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to conservators of the peace in hospitals or colonies. 8 182)

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

i. ; That § 37-15 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:

§ 37-15. The superintendent, * resident officers, policemen and fire-
men of any hospital or colony shall be conservators of the peace on the
hospital or colony property with all the powers of conservators of the
peace under the laws of the Commonwealth. Oo !
