CHAPTER 293

An Act to authorize the Department of Conservation and Economic De-
velopment to convey certain real property to the Breaks Interstate
Park Commission, with the approval of the Governor. 8 178)

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. Subject to the approval of the Governor in writing first obtained, the
Department of Conservation and Economic Development is hereby em-
powered to convey to the Breaks Interstate Park Commission, by deed in
form approved by the Attorney General, all right, title and interest of
the Commonwealth and the Department in and to all real property held
in behalf of this Commonwealth and comprising the area known as Breaks
Interstate Park.
