CHAPTER 283

An Act to appropriate funds for the salary of an additional judge for the
sixteenth judicial circuit.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund of the State
treasury the sum of four thousand eight hundred fifty dollars to be expended
in payment of the salary for the additional judgeship for the sixteenth
judicial circuit created by the General Assembly of nineteen hundred
sixty-four. Such payment shall be made under, and subject to, the provi-
sions of law relating thereto.

2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
