CHAPTER 204

An Act to prohibit the sale, offering for sale, bartering or giving away
of living baby chicks, ducklings or other fowl under two months old
in quantities of less than siz.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
- §1. No person shall sell, offer for sale, barter or give away, in
quantities of less than six, living baby chicks, ducklings, or other fowl
under two months old.
