to manner of issuing operators’ licenses to certain minors. CH 196]
Approved March 5, 1964
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 46.1-375.1 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted
as follows:
§ 46.1-375.1. The Division shall forward all original operators’ li-
censes so issued to applicants who at the time of application for operator’s

ceremony by a parent, his guardian, spouse or other person in loco parentis;
provided, however, such judge, for good cause shown, may mau or other-
wise deliver such operator’s license to any person who is a student at any
educational institution outside of the Commonwealth of Virginia at the
time such license is received by such judge as hereinbefore prescribed.
