An Act to amend and reenact § 2, as amended, of Chapter 101 of the Acts
of Assembly of 1950, relating to squirrel season in certain counties
and providing penalties for violations, so as to change the application

thereof. CH 319]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 2, as amended, of Chapter 101 of the Acts of Assembly of 1950
be amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 2. It shall be lawful to hunt, capture, take or kill squirrels in the
counties of Southampton * and Greensville during the period September
first to September fifteen of each year.
