CHAPTER 115

An Act to amend and reenact § 28.1-41 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to training and qualifications of inspectors of the Commission of
Fisheries.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 28.1-41 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted,
as follows:

§ 28.1-41. The Commissioner of Fisheries shall establish a training
program for all inspectors. After July 1, 1962, no new inspector may be
appointed who is not a high school graduate or equivalent, or who has not
satisfactorily passed an examination prepared by the Commissioner. No
person shall hereafter be appointed as inspector who has not attained the
age of twenty-one years.
