CHAPTER 64

An Act to amend and reenact § 36-47.1, of the Code of Virginia, relating
to compensation of commissioners of housing authorities serving for
or operating in two or more cities.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 36-47.1 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted
as follows:

§ 36-47.1. The commissioners of any housing authority created for
or operating in two or more cities may, in addition to being reimbursed
for their expenses as otherwise provided, be paid salaries not to exceed *
fifty dollars per * month for each such commissioner.

2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
