CHAPTER 634

An Act to limit the authority of the State Corporation Commission in
issuing certificates of incorporation in certain instances and repealing
the charter or articles of incorporation of The American Nazi Party.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. A domestic corporation shall not have the word Nazi or National
Socialist in its name. No corporation shall use a fictitious or assumed name
containing the word Nazi or National Socialist. The charter of The /
can Nazi Party is hereby repealed.
