An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
4-90.1, providing that the label on any sealed bottle of alcoholic con-
tents shall be prima facie evidence of the contents thereof. rH 485]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
4-90.1 as follows:

§ 4-90.1. In any prosecution for violations of this chapter, the alco-
holic content as shown on the label of any sealed container shall be prima
facie evidence of the alcoholic content of said container.
