An Act to change a certain agreement made by the Commission of Game
and Inland Fisheries and the Commission of Fisheries. rt 703]

Whereas, on the twenty-fourth day of June, nineteen hundred forty-
one, pursuant to the authority conferred by § 28-3 of the Code of Virginia,
the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries and the Commission of
Fisheries entered into an agreement setting boundary lines defining the
jurisdiction of the said Commissions; and
Whereas, in the county of Henrico, due to changes in condition of the
land, it becomes necessary to change the boundaries agreed upon in such
agreement; now, therefore,
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. The divisional line in the waters hereinafter named, situated
in the county of Henrico, shall be at the points hereinafter stated: James
River at the Richmond Cedar Works, to the nearest point on the opposite
shore; Turkey Island Creek at the Route 5 bridge; Sweeneys Creek at the
Route 5 bridge; Four Mile Creek at the east side of Kingsland Road.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
