CHAPTER 587
An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
18.1-15.2, making it unlawful to conspire, confederate or combine
with another or others to commit larceny.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
18.1-15.2, as follows:
§ 18.1-15.2. If any person shall conspire, confederate or combine
with another or others in the State to commit larceny or embezzlement,
either within or without the State, as defined in §§ 18.1-100, 18.1-101,
18.1-104 and 18.1-109, he shall be tried and punished according to the
sections herein referred to.
Jurisdiction for the trial of any such person shall be in the county or
city wherein any part of such conspiracy is planned or in the county or
city wherein any act is done toward the consummation of such plan or
conspiracy.
