CHAPTER 565
An Act to permit the taking of certain fish in Grayson County by the
use of trotlines or laylines, and to prescribe what bait may be used.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. In the counties of Grayson and Pulaski i it shall be lawful to take
catfish, except in streams stocked with trout, by the use of trotlines or lay-
lines. Any person engaged in such fishing may use live bait, except that no
game fish may be used for such bait.
2. All acts or parts of acts in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to
the extent of such conflict.
3. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
