An Act to appropriate funds for the salaries of certain judges. CH 385]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund of the State
treasury the sum of six thousand seven hundred fifty dollars to be
expended in payment of the salaries in the additional judgeship created by
the General Assembly of nineteen hundred sixty-two. Such payment shall
be made under, and subject to, the provisions of law relating thereto.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
