CHAPTER 338

An Act to amend and reenact § 64-54 of the Code of Virginia, relating to
competency of certain persons to testify for or against a will.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
aan That § 64-54 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:

§ 64-54. No person shall, on account of his being an executor of a
will, or a trustee appointed thereby, be incompetent as a witness for or
against the will.
